We inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, ‘GDPR’), your personal data will be processed by Poliservizi S.r.l., with registered office in Via S. Andrea delle Fratte, n. 24, 00187, Rome, C.F. and P.IVA 02864720103 as the data controller (hereinafter, ‘Company’ or ‘Data Controller’), which can be reached at the e-mail address roma@poliservizi.net. In particular, this information is provided to you in relation to the data we collect when you navigate on the ‘www.poliservizi.net’ website (‘Website’).

  • Purposes of the processing

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the following purposes, depending on your interaction with the Website or the Controller itself

  1. to enable you to use the Website
  2. to respond to your requests received by using the information in the ‘Contact’ section of the Website.
  • Categories and types of personal data subject to processing

The personal data subject to processing belong to the following categories

  1. identification data, contact data and other data provided voluntarily by the user: such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number;
  2. browsing data: this is data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols and which the computer systems and software used to operate the Website acquire in order to guarantee its operation. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users to access the Website, the URL addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, etc. This data is used to collect anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website (e.g. the number of visitors) and to check that it is working properly. With regard to the use of cookies by this Website, please refer to Section 11.
  • Legal basis of the processing

In relation to the purposes indicated in paragraph 2 above, the legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  • Nature of data provision

Failure to provide your personal data for the purposes indicated above would prevent the Company from allowing you to use the Web Site or to reply to your requests transmitted through the information in the ‘Contact’ section of the Web Site. Therefore, if you intend to use the Website or to obtain feedback from us, the provision of your data is mandatory.

  • Recipients of personal data

Within the limits pertinent to the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients

  • consultants appointed for the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of the Company’s hardware and software
  • all public or private parties with respect to whom the communication must be made in order to fulfil contractual obligations inherent to the provision of services relating to the Website or legal obligations
  • any subject entitled to access the data by virtue of regulatory or administrative provisions;
  • natural persons authorised by the Data Controller pursuant to Articles 29 of the GDPR and 2-quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the so-called ‘Privacy Code’), by reason of the performance of their duties
  • other subjects whose intervention is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, also in their capacity as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
  • Transfer of data outside the European Union or to International Organisations

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union or to International Organisations. However, should the Controller need to proceed with such transfers, the processing will take place in one of the ways permitted under Articles 44-49 of the GDPR and you may request a copy of the appropriate safeguards for the transfer from the email address in paragraph 1 above.

  • Data processing methods

Your data are processed lawfully and fairly, for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above and in compliance with the fundamental principles established by the applicable legislation.

Personal data may be processed using manual, computerised or telematic tools, but in any case under the supervision of technical and organisational measures suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, especially in order to reduce the risks of destruction, loss or alteration, unlawful or accidental, of the data, unauthorised access, or processing that is not permitted or does not conform to the purposes of collection.

All persons within the corporate structure who perform processing activities under the authority of the Data Controller are duly designated pursuant to Article 29 GDPR and Article 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code, while any person outside the organisation who performs processing activities on behalf of the Data Controller is appointed as a data processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Each person acting under the authority of the Data Controller and each data processor receives adequate operating instructions from the Data Controller, with particular reference to the adoption of and compliance with security measures, in order to be able to guarantee the security of personal data as well as the assumption by such persons of appropriate confidentiality obligations.

  • Retention of personal data

Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected, in compliance with the principle of conservation limitation set forth in Article 5, par. 1, letter e) of the GDPR. In particular, we would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the time strictly necessary to respond to your request received through the use of the information in the ‘Contact Us’ section of the Website and, in relation to navigation data and cookies, for a maximum of 7 days from collection. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted or, in any case, will cease to be stored in a form that allows your identification or identifiability.

  • Your rights

You may at any time exercise your right to:

  • access your personal data, obtaining evidence of the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, the categories of data involved, the recipients to whom the data may be communicated, the applicable storage period, the existence of automated decision-making processes
  • obtain without delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you
  • obtain, in the cases provided for, the deletion of your data
  • obtain the restriction of processing, when possible
  • request the portability of the data that you have provided to the Controller, i.e. to receive them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, including for the purpose of transmitting such data to another controller, without any hindrance from the Controller itself.

Furthermore, if you believe that the processing of your personal data carried out by the Data Controller is in breach of the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, as provided for in Article 77 GDPR, or to take legal action in accordance with Article 79 GDPR.

  • Cookies

This Website uses so-called cookies.
