The multidisciplinary technical team comprises approximately 30 professionals, including Engineers, Geologists, Geophysicists, Biologists, Archaeologists, Marine Officers, and Divers.

All activities are carried out within the framework of a certified Integrated Quality Management System in compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). Poliservizi has obtained the UNI/PdR 125 Certification which sets out the guidelines for the management system promoting gender equality.
